Lori has an extensive claims background and has been handling and managing claims since 1989.  Lori volunteers her time with various claim organizations and has taught classes at WIND, FACAP and the Fort Lauderdale Claims Association.

Terry has handled and managed claims for the past 15 years.  Terry’s experience is in the Catastrophe Claims arena and with disputed claims.  Terry is an associate member, certified installer and certified specialist with the Tile Roofing Institute.
