At TFCC, we understand that many insureds do not file claims immediately. TFCC experts conduct a thorough inspection of the home and provide a comprehensive report without consideration of coverage. This enables carriers to use TFCC investigations to either resolve or challenge claims in a fair and timely manner.

Appraisal

TFCC is known for achieving accurate valuations that become benchmarks for proof-of-loss substantiation in the event of a catastrophe. Our appraisers are able to precisely assess and valuate everything from buildings and structures for repair and replacement costs to fixed assets and personal property. Mediation

As mediation specialists, we utilize our extensive experience to make certain that the outcome meets or exceeds our clients’ goals and expectations. Our strength lies in our ability to communicate positions into more understandable terms while probing and uncovering facts so that the true interests of all parties are known. Once it is determined what result works best for our client, we structure a settlement accordingly.
