Owner Terry Flenniken has built a solid reputation as an insurance adjuster, appraiser, umpire and consultant in the Florida insurance market. Terry is committed to providing quality service to the industry and, by being trustworthy and unbiased, he will provide you, the customer, cost-effective, responsive and professional claim service.

Terry has handled and managed claims for over 20 years. Terry’s experience began in the catastrophe claims arena and has continued this past decade with a focus on dispute resolution.  In addition to being a licensed All-Lines adjuster, Terry is an associate member and certified high wind installer with the Tile Roofing Institute and holds a Florida General Contractors license. He is also a member of the Wind network, a Wind certified umpire, a FLDFS certified course instructor and is listed on the roster of appraisal umpires with the Texas Department of Insurance.
